Was told by Roadrunner it would be here Feb. 11th. Took off from work, evening comes so I call. It will be there today is what I was told. Feb 12th I take off work again. No sofa. Then I offer to drive to Indianapolis to pick it up, they tell me only after 4:00. Why not now? Now being told Feb February 16th. I am being told delay is because of weather. School is in session, UPS trucks are driving by my house, what weather?
Being told I can cancel my order but must pay to ship it back. Ship what back? I have not received anything. FRUSTRATING

We bought the three piece sectional for a great price. We spent a lot of time in the store sitting on it, checking it out, and trying to decide to buy it. We got it home and it looks great, was easy to assemble. After a couple of weeks sitting on it, there are now huge gaps between the cushions, they move all over the place and it is just very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this furniture to anyone.

These couches are very comfortable and they look wonderful they come with the ottoman which makes the couches look great. They make any living room look neat and elegant.

I bought the the 3 pc. set for my Mom She loves it! She's had the same living room set for 17 years. I thought it was time for her to upgrade. I ordered it about 2 weeks before Christmas and got here on the 23.
The Quality: Not the best, but for the price you really can't argue. Suede fabric and leather type finish.
Size: Big, they can easily accommodate a large number of guests. We had the entire family over and everyone had a seat.
Comfort: Firm, but personally I like the firmness. I don't like sitting down and being swallowed up by a sofa.
Overall: I think it was a great purchase, Delivery was easy, and Assembly was also a cinch. I really do recommend it.

It was very easy to put this furniture together. So far, it looks great, the seat cushions are very dense (they should last a while) and the color is beautiful. I have a cream and brown rocker recliner I was hoping to match, and it is so close it looks like they made for each other. This furniture is normal size, not child to preteen size like other furniture you see at Wal-Mart or Target.
The price alone was my biggest draw. Similiar sets go from $1200 to $2300. Shop around, and you will see what I mean.
