I purchased the product F7624 by Poundex and I have had this for not even a month. It looks terrific however, I only weigh 120 pounds and when I sit there becomes a imprint of my buttock and does not go away. It seems that the springs do not retrack back to put it back to its full position. Then when you sit next to the spot it actually pulls you over to the embedded spot. It is really bummer and it at this point the future longivity of this product worries me. I beleive that the issue is that the springs are not of good quality at all. Hopefully someone will call me, and have some integrity to fix the issue. I have called and still waiting for a returned called.
