a good product for its price of $600. delivery was prompt and setup was easy. quality is definitely above average, but not the 'best of the line' by any means. the cushions stay pressed a little if you sit on it a long time, the only not good thing so far about it. Have had it for 4 months now.

First off, I was skeptical about buying couches off of Amazon since I had never made such an important and large home purchase from the internet before. However, now that the couches are put togethe and in our living room, I think they look great.

The color is true to the picture and the sectional is larger than I had imagined it would be. The material is sturdy and overall, it is pretty easy to put together. We did have to do a little manuevering of the screw holes since they were not precisely aligned on one of the pieces we had to put together.

I was happy to find that the pillows are comfortable and 2-3 people can comfortably relax on this sectional. The ottoman is a great addition. We bought a wooden tray that covers the ottoman and we now use it as a resting area and as a converted "coffee table."

I was not impressed with the two throw pillows, so we ended up buying much nicer pillows to spice up the sofa. The color can be a bit bland, so adding in fun throw pillows certainly helps.

The reason this did not get 5 stars is because of the horrible shipping experience we had. The vendor used HomeDirect USA in our area. The shipment was late by a few days from the estimated latest arrival date from Amazon. The shipping company also did not update the shipping information while the sectional was in transit, so we were a bit in the dark on where the couches were located. THe other negative is that you cannot schedule a delivery time until the night before. Upon agreement with the shipping company for a specific delivery date, they then call with an automated message the night before indicated your 4 hour delivery window. If your schedule is busy, this can be a bit hard.

We upgraded to a "Platinum" shipping where the company would bring the furniture in and assemble it. To our dismay, the couches were left unassembled and the company groaned after 20 minutes that they had been here long enough and that they would not assemble the couch. Without going into more detail, this left us without the service we requested and we ended up putting the couches together ourselves (all the while fixing mistakes they made on the pieces they had managed to put together).

After promptly e-mailing VisionDecor and sending them pictures of the state the delivery company left our couches in, VisionDecor quickly worked to solve this issue. Their customer service was excellent all through the process and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. I cannot blame them for the shipping issue because they were quick to offer a solution and left me satisfied in the end.

So, the couches are great and definitely worth the price...the shipping, however, left plenty to be desired.

The sectional couch is a great buy we have plenty of room now and the old couch we had is with the salvation army. I think the only problem is that we get a static shock from the couch when we sit on it but we spread a sheet on it and connect the ottoman to have a mini extender. I like the color. No complaints yet.

I never received the furniture. I canceled my ordered out of total frustration with the shipping company. The furniture company called Vision Decor were wonderful to work with...they did everything they could unfortunately they contracted with a horrible shipping company. I bought the same furniture at Raymour and Flanigan and love it!

Like others who have bought this and other sofas, I was a little worried about buying something as big as this online without checking it out first. I decided to take the plunge though, and I'm glad I did. I like this sofa. The build quality is good for the price, the assembly was pretty simple, it's very comfortable, and it's perfect for having some friends over. The chase section is a great addition as well.

A few minor issues:

-The cushions move around on top of the couch too much. I decided to get some velcro for them, so that they'll better stay in place.

-On a similar note, I'd recommend getting some pads to put underneath the legs, because on hardwood floors, the couch/chase easily move around, which was to be expected.

Overall, I am very happy with this sectional. It's not top of the line, but if this is your price range, it's a good buy. I recommend it.
