Obviously, you get what you pay for. The sofa, chair and ottoman were purchased in February 2010 from the store directly in Plano, TX. It is not gray, but chocolate brown. Lovely color, lovely look, but terrible quality. It is the most uncomfortable furniture we have ever owned. We take very good care of what we own, and this is no exception. White and black threads are popping out all over the cushions and edges. The cushions were way too firm for a month, not they are sagging, lost all shape and look worn out. We have a hand-held vacuum with a rotating brush, and we vacuum it regularly, it does bring up the pile of the fabric, but the cushions are really bad. No way to return, replace or exchange, so we have to live with it. Lesson learned; next time I will spend the extra money and buy something of better quality.

I have this couch at home right now. This couch is not gray in any sense of the word. This is a brown couch. I am currently in the process of either returning or exchanging it. Otherwise it is a nice enough couch, but unless you have high fluorescent lighting at home (in which case it will look a dark brown-gray color), you may be disappointed in the color once you finally see the couch at home.
